Profitability Analysis
Profitability analysis: This review can either be Vendor, or Vendor and end user inclusive. The Vendor side option generally takes 3 months and has typically resulted in annualized client savings of $150 – 400K.
The following data is required:
o All vendor contracts and current amendments
o 3 months of all vendor invoices
o 1 month of current (raw) CDR for each vendor/product with key
o A current client inventory of all active & cancelled TNs, TFN, Circuit ID, billing elements.
o A company contact to coordinate vendor inquiries, or vendor contact information and an LOA empowering TōMOL Consulting to pursue investigations on your behalf.
The addition of end user billing data adds 1 – 2 months to the analysis. The subsequent report includes profitability reporting by call type, product type, individual customer, or any criteria you require. Additional recommendations are also presented for replacement of old networking with cutting edge technology to include AI, and SD-WAN.
